Our HUD-certified homeownership counselors will discuss an overview of purchasing your first home and the steps you need to take to prepare. Topics will also include:

Renting vs. owning
Understanding credit and budgeting
The Homebuying process and who's involved
Affordability
First time buyer grant eligibility
Learn how to avoid costly mistakes
Explanation of the closing process
